It is the largest artistic centre of the town. It began to work in 1953.It has put on several plays since 1973. The only theatre hall of the town can be found here. (For 500 persons.) It is also possible to hold concerts and other musical performances here, too. There are regular arts and crafts exhibitions in its hall. It is the place of the 300-350 events a year. Coordinates numerous occassions of the town, domestis and international festivals, etc.
